The North Greenville Trailblazers were strongly represented in the 2026 Conference Carolinas Softball All-Conference selections, with six players earning postseason honors following an impressive season that saw NGU finish 31-21 overall and 20-8 in conference play.
Leading the way for North Greenville was Ansley Fowler, who earned First Team honors as the designated player. Fowler finished the season batting .407, the second-highest average on the team, while recording 68 hits, 33 RBIs, and 29 runs scored. She also added 5 doubles, 4 triples, and posted a .427 on-base percentage while striking out just six times all season.
Sydney Price was named to the Second Team after a strong all-around season at second base. Price hit .303 with 40 hits, 19 RBIs, and 23 runs scored while adding 5 home runs and a .477 slugging percentage. Defensively, she was one of the team's top fielders, recording a .975 fielding percentage with 112 putouts and 85 assists.
Haylee Whitesides earned Second Team honors at third base following one of the top offensive seasons on the roster. She hit .372 with a team-leading 12 home runs and 55 RBIs while also totaling 18 doubles and a .731 slugging percentage, both among the best marks in Conference Carolinas. In the circle, Whitesides also contributed significantly, posting a 13-7 record with 76 strikeouts over 110.2 innings pitched.
Emily Blackwell was recognized on the Second Team at shortstop after leading the Trailblazers with a .418 batting average. She also paced the team with 74 hits and 55 runs scored while adding 31 RBIs, 21 walks, and a .480 on-base percentage. Blackwell additionally contributed defensively with 103 assists and a .965 fielding percentage.
Karley Green earned Second Team honors in the outfield after batting .338 with 53 hits, 33 RBIs, and 38 runs scored. She also added 8 doubles, 3 triples, and 3 home runs while contributing on the mound with a 12-8 pitching record and 92 strikeouts, the highest total on the team.
Lexie Metcalf received an at-large recognition following a standout season at first base. Metcalf hit .380 with 60 hits, 45 RBIs, and 14 doubles while posting a .563 slugging percentage. She also played a major defensive role, recording 309 putouts and a .982 fielding percentage
