The North Greenville Trailblazers wrapped up their 2024 season after falling in the Conference Carolinas Tournament to the Valkyries of Converse University with a final score of 3-0 in Charleston, South Carolina. A slow start resulted in a one-sided set one as a .108 attack percentage by North Greenville resulted in a 25-14 set win by Converse. Set two proved to be much more competitive as NGU recorded eleven kills and just three attack errors. However, the Valkyries were ultimately able to hang on to win set two with a score of 25-21. The third set proved to be the most competitive of the match as extra points were ultimately required. North Greenville led the set in attack percentage with .355, but that would not be quite enough as Converse once again came out on top with a set score of 27-25, completing the sweep.
Samantha Ball finished her 2024 season on a high note, posting nine kills along with eight digs, two service aces, a block assist, and an assist.
Peyton Taylor wrapped up her freshman campaign with seven kills as well as twelve digs and a block assist.
Nicole Santiago finished her NGU career with seven kills, a block assist, a service ace, and a dig.
With the 2024 season complete, North Greenville ends with an 18-14 record and an impressive 14-4 record in conference play. They took a share of the Northwest Division with Converse and made an appearance in the Conference Carolinas Tournament for the 13th consecutive season.
