    Daughter of Jorge Santiago and Melissa Morales. Nicole has two siblings. She is majoring in criminal justice with hopes of becoming a federal agent. In high school, Nicole was awarded MVP for her freshman and sophomore seasons. As a junior, Nicole was named regular season MVP by the Catholic School Athletic Association. In high school, Nicole bowled and played softball and volleyball. Nicole played club volleyball with San Juan Volleyball Club and was awarded All Star in the Power League Tournament for the 16U category. Nicole is a powerful right side hitter with an impressive angle shot. Nicole adds to the diversity of the team with her background as a Puerto Rican. She provides a new, fresh perspective to the team in part due to her cultural differences, as well as her level-headed thinking.
