Box Score 2 Tigerville – North Grenville split a high scoring double header with Coker on Saturday afternoon, bouncing back from an 11 – 10 loss with a 6 – 4 win over the Cobras.
The Crusaders had 15 – hits in game one compared to just seven for the Cobras. North Greenville trailed 8 – 5 heading in to the home half of the sixth inning but responded with their biggest inning of the day.

Karley Green connected for a three-run blast to give NGU its first lead of the day at 9 – 8.
The Cobras regained the lead in the top of the seventh with three runs of their own. The Crusaders threatened in the bottom of the inning, scoring a run to cut the deficit to one run but left the bases loaded.
Individual
- Jenna Davis finished game one 3 – 5 with three RBI and a run scored.
- Lexis Wilkinson had three hits in four appearances and score three times.
- Karley Green went 2 – 4 from the plate and had three runs batted in.
- Ali Hartin was also 2 – 4 with two RBI.
North Greenville once again trailed midway through game two after a three-run third inning for the Cobras, putting them ahead 3 – 1. The Crusaders tied and regained the lead with two runs in each of the bottom of the third and fourth innings.
Ali Hartin delivered for North Greenville with an RBI double in the third inning while Breanna McRae added an RBI single in the fourth inning. NGU also got some help from the Cobras with a throwing error that scored a run in the fourth frame.
The Crusaders added an insurance run in the fifth inning and held the Cobras scoreless the final two frames to earn the double-header split.
Individual
- Lexis Wilkinson finished game two with a perfect performance at the plate, going 2 – 2 with two RBI and a run scored.
- Maddie Stone was 2 – 3 with a run scored.
- Ali Hartin had a hit in three trips and had a run scored and a pair of RBI.

The Crusaders head to head to Orangeburg to play Claflin on February 22nd.
