Kennesaw, GA - The North Greenville came out of neutral territory as the victors against the Chargers of the University of Alabama in Huntsville with a final score of 13-7. Fifteen penalties would be committed between the two teams totaling ten minutes. The first half would result in a 4-4 tie, but NGU would pull away in the 2nd half by outscoring the Chargers 9-3.

- A defensive start to the game wouldn't see the first goal scored until the 4th minute of the game, with the Chargers getting on the board first. With just over five minutes left in the opening quarter, NGU would get on the board themselves with a goal by Austin Zumbado. Less than two minutes later, Devin Napoli would get NGU the lead with an assist by Thomas Cecere. UAH tied the score at 2-2 wth two minutes remaining, but Thomas Cecere would regain the lead for North Greenville with just seconds left in the 1st quarter.
- Nearly five minutes into the 2nd quarter, Alabama Huntsville scored the tying goal to make the score 3-3. A few minutes later, Thomas Cecere would score his second of the season with an assist by Matt Heyden. A goal with six and half minutes by UAH would go on to be the final goal of the half as the two teams would be tied 4-4 at halftime.
- After eight scoreless minutes to begin the 2nd half, Thomas Cecere was able to get the lead back for North Greenville with a man up goal and an assist by Devin Napoli. Soon after, the Chargers responded with a man up goal of their own. NGU would pull away afterwards with consecutive goals by Cam Webb, Corey Long, and Kyle Bollman.
