Tigerville, SC - In an offensive bout, the North Greenville Crusaders fell to the Tornado of King University with a final score of 93-88 at Hayes Gymnasium. The Crusaders put together a strong first half to lead by seven at halftime, but a second half surge by the King offense proved to be too much for NGU to keep up with.

- The Crusaders began the game on a hot streak to jump out to a very early 6-0 lead. After a layup by King to get on the board, three minutes would go by without a point. Kameron Hobbs ended the scoreless run with a three pointer to put NGU up by seven. North Greenville would go on to lead by double digits, but an 10-0 run by King would cut the lead down to one. The two teams continued to battle it out through the remainder of the half, but a seven point run by NGU to close out the half would lead to a 39-32 lead at halftime.
- An action-packed second half resulted in a total of 110 point being scored between the two teams. The lead would change hands several times throughout the half, but King would be the team to open up a comfortable lead with a 10-0 run. NGU would continue to shoot well throughout the half, but the King offense would shoot 64.29% in the half, leading to a five point victory.
