  • Daughter of Alan and Gretta Shultz. Bailey has three siblings. Bailey is majoring in biology with a focus on animal and environmental science. In high school, Bailey received 8-AAA Player of the Year(2018), 8-AAA First Team All-Region(2017), and Coaches Award(2016). Bailey served as the 2017 and 2018 Captain for her high school volleyball team. Along with volleyball, Bailey was on her high school’s Varsity Swim Team. Bailey played club volleyball with Atlanta Extreme Volleyball Club and helped her team secure a bid to the national tournament. Bailey also played club volleyball with Prolink Volleyball Club and she won Defensive Player of the Year with Metro Volleyball Club. As a collegiate athlete, Bailey was awarded Academic All-Conference Team for the 2021 season. As a captain, Bailey contributes to the team with her ability to organize and communicate clearly and efficiently. Bailey can always be counted on to provide a word of wisdom for her team. Bailey’s hustle and love for the game will help carry the Crusaders far.
