Jackson Williamson

Head coach Jeff Farrington added another piece to his coaching staff this month with the addition of offensive line coach Jackson Williamson. 

Williamson comes to Tigerville by way of Putnam County High School (Eatonton, Georgia) where he was the varsity offensive line coach and recruiting coordinator since 2020. Prior to his stop at PCHS, Williamson made a stop at Ashley Ridge High School, serving as the offensive line coach for the junior varsity squad. In 2021 and 2022 he was named one of the Parker Resources Offensive Line Coach of the year for 2A football in the state of GA. 

During his three years at Putnam County, Jackson Williamson helped lead the War Eagles to a 30 – 6 record with three consecutive playoff appearances. The War Eagles claimed the Region Championship in 2022.  

North Greenville will be his second stint at the college ranks, having previously coached at his alma mater, Charleston Southern. Williamson worked with the Buccaneer offensive line as an offensive intern, participating in daily position meetings, practice, and game planning.  

As a player, Jackson played and started in 51 – games at center for Charleston Southern and was named a team captain in 2017. He also gained Big South All-Conference honors in 2015 and 2017. He graduated from Charleston Southern University in May of 2017 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education. He is married to his wife Jeanna, they have two children, Forrest, 3, and Magnolia, 9 Months.
