The North Greenville Trailblazers fell to the Bobcats of Lees-McRae College with a final score of 86-61 in Banner Elk, North Carolina. A competitive opening quarter ended with NGU trailing by just five points. However, the Trailblazers badly struggled in the second quarter, scoring just five points as Lees-McRae pulled away to lead by sixteen at halftime. The fourth quarter proved to be productive as well for NGU, but the defense was unable to slow down the Bobcats, who outscored North Greenville in all four quarters.
