Tigerville – North Greenville dominated King on Saturday for the second straight game, this time advancing to the neutral site rounds of the Conference Carolinas Tournament with a 3 – 0 win over the Tornado.
North Greenville set the tone with a 25 – 19 win over King in the first set and turned in a dominant performance in set number two, downing the Tornado 25 – 10. North Greenville looked poised to put awa the Tornado quickly in the third set but King rallied late to take a 23 – 21 lead. North Greenville pulled even after a King attack error but fell behind again at 24 – 23. The Trailblazers rallied to score the next three points with Kills from

Peyton Taylor and
Anna Fiddelke to finish off the three – set win.
Sam Ball and
Peyton Taylor led NGU with eight kills each.
Gabby Rice led NGU with two solo and two assisted blocks.
Ellenor Crimmins delivered four service aces while
Allison Ball dished out 18 – assists.
