Box Score Tigerville, SC - The North Greenville Trailblazers wrapped up their regular season with a 3-0 sweep of the King Tornado at Hayes Gymnasium. Things began with a dominant 25-10 set win before a more competitive set two also went to NGU with a score of 25-17. King pulled away early in set three, but the Trailblazers would cut into the deficit and eventually take over. They would go on to win the set with a score of 25-21. NGU dominated the night in service aces and blocks while also leading in kills, assists, and digs. With the win, North Greenville finishes the regular season with an overall record of 14-13 with a 12-8 record in conference play.
Anna Fiddelke put together a dominant performance, posting 13 kills without a single attack error and also posted 3 digs and a solo block.
Samantha Ball finished with 8 kills without an attack error in addition to 15 digs and a service ace.
Allison Ball finished her regular season with 23 assists, 4 service aces, and 2 digs.
North Greenville will enter the Conference Carolinas Tournament as the #4 seed, and will return to action in round two of the tournament on Saturday, November 15th at Hayes Gymnasium.
