The North Greenville Trailblazers fell to the Francis Marion Patriots in Florence, South Carolina with a final score of 3-0. Francis Marion, now 10-1 in conference play, took set one with a score of 25-20 thanks to a strong start to the set. Set two proved to be the most competitive of the match as extra points were required. NGU faced set point leading 24-21, but FMU would end the set by scoring five straight points to win it 26-24. The third set remained close until an 11-1 run by the Patriots put things out of reach for North Greenville. Francis Marion went on to take the set 25-17. North Greenville finished with an attack percentage of .135.
