The game began with a setback for North Greenville as they fell 21-25 in the first set. However, they quickly turned the tide with impressive 25-16 and 25-14 victories in the second and third sets. Barton pulled back in the fourth set, winning 25-20, but North Greenville closed the match in a nail-biting 15-13 win in the final set.

Key players for North Greenville were Anna Fiddelke who led with 15 kills and 4 blocks, closely followed by Samantha Ball with 14 kills and 2 blocks. Elena Dyer also made significant contributions with 9 kills. On the defensive side, Macie Gentry stood out with 19 digs, bolstered by Peyton Taylor and Samantha Ball who made 14 and 13 digs respectively.
