Tigerville, SC - The North Greenville Trailblazers dropped a conference matchup this afternoon to the Warriors of Southern Wesleyan University with a final score of 2-0 at Pepsi Stadium. NGU more than doubled the Warriors in total shots 14-6, but the Warriors were able to make the most of their limited number of shots as five shots were on goal and two resulted in goals. Six of North Greenville's fourteen shots were on goal, but all were saved by the SWU goalkeeper. Southern Wesleyan's first goal came in the 38th minute of the first half. The Warriors struck again in the 63rd minute.
Lucas Di Pasquale posted two shots with a shot on goal and played a total of 89 minutes.
Renan Macuglia posted two shots with one on goal.
Hayes Porsche also finished with two shots and a shot on goal.
North Greenville will face the Mountain Lions of Young Harris College on Saturday, October 26th in Young Harris, Georgia.
