Winston Salem, N.C. - Men's Track and Field's first indoor race of the 2024 season was headlined by a handful of personal bests at the JDL Fast Track. 

Hayden Goode finished with a personal best in the mile run with a time of 4:34.16. Matthew Heath added another personal record for the Crusaders in the distance events with a time of 9:25.23 in the 3,000 meter race. 

In the field events Grayson Fulmer led the charge in the pole vault with a height of 3.85 - meters. Royal Foster had a new personal best distance in the triple-jump with a distance of 14.17 meters.
