The North Greenville Crusaders suffered a 22-4 loss to the 18th ranked Griffins of Seton Hill University this afternoon in Greensburg, Pennsylvania. Seton Hill pulled away with the opening seven goals, but
Hayden Moffat was able to get the Crusaders on the board with just nine seconds remaining in the quarter. After scoring one final goal in the first quarter with two seconds remaining, the Griffins would dominate the second quarter, scoring seven goals while shutting out NGU to take a 15-1 lead into halftime. North Greenville's defense would improve in the third quarter, allowing just four goals in the quarter. With 44 seconds remaining in the quarter, North Greenville would score its second goal of the game when
Cole Zarola found the back of the net which was assisted by
Thomas Cecere. Cecere scored a goal of his own to begin the scoring in the fourth quarter. Seton Hill put up the next three goals before
Nathan Bucey was assisted by
Thomas Cecere for the final goal of the game.
Joe Amici recorded eleven saves but took the loss.
