Due West, S.C. – North Greenville staged a comeback late in the second half and held off a surging Erskine team to earn a 68 – 64 win.
The Crusaders trailed by as many as nine points with just over seven minutes left to play. NGU scored the next 13 – points including a three-pointer from
Savion Brown which gave NGU a 58 – 56 lead with 4:49 left.
NGU was able to hold off Erskine in the waning moments but the Fleet pulled ahead 64 – 63 with 1:10 left in the game. Brown would come up big for NGU once again with a three pointer which put North Greenville ahead for good.
The win over Erskine on Saturday is the first road conference win for the Crusaders this season.

- Savion Brown had a career high 22 – points in the win, knocking down five of his six three – pointers. He also had four steals.
- Dre Singleton finished with 13 – points.
- Caleb Williams had four points but led all players with 19 – rebounds.
- Zak Perdew and CJ Jameson were in double – digits with 12 and 11 points respectively.
