Tigerville, SC - The North Greenville Crusaders draw with the Emmanuel College Lions, 1-1. The first half was an even matchup with both teams being aggressive early. An Emmanuel College own-goal put the Crusaders out in front in the first half, but Emmanuel College found a second-gear in the second. The Lions scored their only goal of the match early in the second half and despite valiant efforts from both teams the score would not change for over twenty minutes which resulted in the 1-1 draw. Emmanuel led North Greenville in shots, twelve to eight, and shots on-goal, five to two. The result pushes North Greenville to a 4-8-3 overall record and a 4-4-3 conference record.

Midfielder Yessine Bessaies had a noteworthy performance posting two total shots with one on-goal. Goalkeeper Michel Weber also had a good day as he recorded four saves on twelve shots-faced.

North Greenville will return to Pepsi Stadium on Friday, October 27th at 4 pm when they take on the Barton College Bulldogs in their final regular season matchup.
