The North Greenville Crusaders have entered the win column with an 85-78 victory over the Lions of Paine College in Augusta, Georgia. NGU bbegan the game ice cold, allowing Paine to lead by as much as 17 in the first half. However, the Crusaders rallied to head into halftime all tied up at 44-44. North Greenville would continue to carry the momentum early on in the second half, and was able to maintain a small but manageable lead throughout the remainder of the game to ultimately take the seven point victory. The two teams put up respectable field goal percentages, with the Crusaders finishing just behind the Lions with a 45.5 percentage.

- C.J. Jamison led both teams in points with 23. He also posted four rebounds, three assists, a block, and a steal.
