Tigerville, SC - The North Greenville Crusaders scored a goal in each half while keeping the Crusaders of Belmont Abbey off the scoreboard to return to a winning record this evening at Pepsi Stadium. Both teams recorded five shots in the first half but NGU would be the only team to find the back of the net. In the second half, North Greenville dominated in the shot count 10-3 and was able to score a second goal. NGU returns to a winning overall record with the victory.

Recap

• The first half started off on a calm note, with the two teams getting off a few shots in the first twenty minutes. In the 23rd minute, Robbie Jenkinson found the back of the net off a corner kick by Brady Carmichael for his first goal of the season. Both teams ended the half with five shots each, but NGU would go into halftime with a 1-0 lead.
• North Greenville would become the aggressors in the second half, and would increase the lead to two goals when Christopher Holschner scored his third of the season. NGU would dominate the shot count in the second half 10-3 and would keep BAC off the scoreboard to complete the shutout.
