FT. MYERS, FL- Jordan Richmond (Russellville, AR) scored a career-high 29 points to lead North Greenville to an 89-61 victory over Palm Beach Atlantic in the first round of the NCAA Division II Independents Tournament.

PJ Schumacher (Waynesburg, PA) scored 19 points, and broke the single season record for made three-pointers. Schumacher hit four trifectas to give him 88 for the season. The previous record was 85. Josh Burgess (Pickens, SC) also scored 19 points while pulling in 8 rebounds. Amonzo Gantt (Royston, GA) and Andrew Nipper (Cleveland, TN) each hauled in ten rebounds.
