The North Greenville Crusaders put together a dominating 4-0 victory against the Lions of Emmanuel University this afternoon in Franklin Springs, Georgia. NGU's offense completely dominated the day, finishing with 21 shots with 10 on goal while the defense allowed just 4 shots with none on goal and a shutout.
Things would get started for NGU early in the first half when
Valerie Hernandez scored her fifth goal of the season in the 5th minute of the match with an assist by
Aleisha Lamb. Hernandez would score again in the 16th minute with an assist by
Miranda Moorhouse to make the score 2-0. The score would remain the same until the 77th minute when
Elainee Sprinkle scored her third goal of the season with an assist by
Jaycee Watkins. Less than five minutes later,
Aubrey Kramer would find the back of the net for the third time this season to cap off the scoring.
Valerie Hernandez scored her fifth and sixth goals of the season and recorded a total of 3 shots with all of them on goal.
Aubrey Kramer scored a goal and posted 2 shots.
Elainee Sprinkle made the most out of her only shot which resulted in a goal.
The Crusaders will return to action on Tuesday, October 3rd against the Erskine Flying Fleet in Due West, South Carolina.
