The North Greenville Crusaders put up their seventh shut out of the season in a 2-0 victory over the Flying Fleet of Erskine College in Due West, South Carolina. The sixth shutout in the program's last seven matches, NGU dominated the opening half, scoring two goals and posting a total of eight shots while now allowing a single one.
Romee Contreras scored her ninth goal of the season with assists by
Dani Avelar and
Ansley Robinson in the 17th minute. Closing out the half was
Aleisha Lamb's first goal of the season with an assist by
Kylie Mcilravy. The Flying Fleet were able to get three shots off in the second half, but not without the Crusaders posting seven additional shots of their own for a total of fifteen shots with seven on goal by NGU. The victory improves North Greenville's conference record to 8-0-0.
