Tigerville, SC - The North Greenville Crusaders had a successful senior day with a 3-0 victory over the Bobcats of Lees-McRae College this afternoon at Pepsi Stadium. North Greenville led in shots by a wide margin 17-4 with nine of them on goal. With the win, NGU shares the conference lead with Chowan University as both teams currently hold a 5-1-1 record in conference play with the Crusaders holding the tiebreaker from beating the Hawks earlier in the season.
Faith Knoedler led in total shots with five and scored the first goal of the match.

- The Crusaders proved to be the aggressors early as they would put up five shots compared to just one by Lees-McRae in the first twenty minutes of the opening half. With just over fifteen minutes remaining, Faith Knoedler would be the first to find the back of the net with an assist by Jada Patrick. The Bobcats put together some offense with two shots late, but NGU would go into halftime with a 1-0 lead.
- Fifteen minutes into the 2nd half, NGU would add to its lead with a goal by Elainee Sprinkle after the ball deflected off the LMC goalkeeper. With twelve minutes remaining in the match, Victoria Valentine would cap off the scoring with a goal. The Crusaders would then turn to defense, and would not allow a shot for the remainder of the match.
