Belmont, N.C.—The North Greenville Women’s Basketball team dropped its final contest of 2010 Thursday night falling to Belmont Abbey College 64-57.

The Crusaders were led by Karly Stache who had 13 points and was 5-13 from the field and 2 of 8 from the three point arch. Rashmi Vanhook was second on the team in scoring with 9 points and Christina Carlis, Raven Wamer, and Krisceda Cotton all scored 8 points.

Vanhook also led the team with 9 rebounds. The Crusaders are now 3-8 on the season heading into the Christmas hiatus. The team will be back in action on January 6, 2011 at home against Truett McConnell.
