Dustin Fuls

Dustin Fuls is currently serving in his thirteenth year with the North Greenville University (NGU) Athletic Department. In August 2025, he was named Deputy Athletic Director, continuing a career marked by dedication and leadership within NGU athletics.

Fuls began his professional journey at NGU in July 2013 as Director of Compliance. In 2022, he was promoted to Associate Athletic Director for Internal Operations, overseeing many of the department's internal functions and day-to-day operations.

A proud alumnus, Fuls graduated from NGU in 2009 with a bachelor’s degree in Sport Management. During his undergraduate years, he was deeply involved in the athletic program — starting as a student manager for the football team, later assisting the Sports Medicine staff, and working closely with then-Assistant Athletic Director Micah Sepko, Head Softball Coach Buster Sturkey, and Jan McDonald.

In 2011, Fuls earned his Master of Business Administration, completing a two-year graduate assistantship with the athletic department. That same year, he served as an assistant coach for the NGU softball team that captured the National Christian Collegiate Athletic Association (NCCAA) National Championship. He also contributed to the department's day-to-day operations and managed game-day statistics.

Fuls has remained active beyond NGU through significant involvement with NCAA committees. He served on the Southeast Regional Advisory Committee for Softball (2015–2017), the Division II Women’s Volleyball National Committee (2017–2021)—where he was named National Chair in 2021—and currently serves on the Division II Baseball National Committee (2022–Present), now entering his second year as National Chair.
Additionally, he has served as a Site Representative for various NCAA championships, including:

  • Division I Men’s and Women’s Soccer (1st–3rd rounds)
  • Division II Men’s Soccer Regional
  • Division II Women’s Volleyball Regionals
  • Division I Softball Regional

He also supported operations for Furman University during the NCAA Men’s and Women’s Basketball March Madness tournaments held in Greenville, SC.

Fuls resides in Taylors, South Carolina, with his wife, Susan, and their three children: Austin (6), Caroline (4), and Jacob (2).
