North Greenville University

A former Trailblazer standout, Rachel Bailey was a two-time First Team All-Conference selection (2018, 2019), a two-time Second Team All-Conference honoree (2017, 2021), and the 2020 Conference Carolinas Scholar-Athlete of the Year. She concluded her playing career as North Greenville’s program record holder in goals, points, and draw controls, while also serving as a fifth-year team captain. 

Bailey returns to her alma mater after gaining coaching and performance experience through multiple roles in athletics, including as a coach with FCA Lacrosse Maryland and as a strength and conditioning intern at both North Greenville and Furman. She also holds NASM certifications in strength and conditioning and nutrition coaching, adding valuable expertise in athlete development and performance. 

A graduate of North Greenville with a Bachelor of Science in Sports Management. She is a native of Orlando, Florida and enjoys Crossfit and strength training. She was promoted to Associate Head Coach prior to the 2025-2026 school year.
