Sydney Taylor took over the North Greenville Women's Lacross Program in 2021 after previously serving as a graduate assistant. A standout goalkeeper for North Greenville from 2016-2019, Taylor remained with the program after her playing career as an assistant coach.
Taylor received multiple accolades throughout her collegiate playing career, including 2019 All-Conference Carolinas 1st Team, 2019 Conference Carolinas All-Tournament Team, 2018 All-Conference Carolinas 2nd Team, 2018 Conference Carolinas All-Tournament Team, and 2017 Conference Carolinas All-Tournament Team. She wrapped up her playing career as the program career record holder in Saves (674), Saves per Game (9.23), Save Percentage (.502), and Wins (42). She also holds the single-season record in Saves with 173 and also holds the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th place spots.
The Trailblazers have made three tournament appearances under Taylor advancing to the second round in two of those three appearances.
