North Greenville wrapped up competition this week with a solid showing highlighted by a record-breaking performance from Kate Matthews. Matthews led the Trailblazers with a tie for 30th place, opening the tournament with a program-record 69 before finishing with rounds of 81 and 73.
Brenna Miller turned in a consistent effort across three rounds, carding scores of 76, 80, and 79 to finish tied for 64th. Nikki Strandell showed steady improvement throughout the event, bouncing back from an opening-round 85 to post rounds of 80 and 76, earning a tie for 79th.
Kaitlyn Hagler finished tied for 88th with rounds of 85, 79, and 82, while Gracie Lee rounded out the lineup with a 99th-place finish after posting scores of 83, 91, and 86.
As a team, the Trailblazers showed resilience and growth over the course of the tournament, highlighted by Matthews' record-setting round and multiple players improving their scores as the event progressed.
