Tigerville, SC - The North Greenville Trailblazers came up short against the Belmont Abbey Crusaders with a final score of 70-60 at Hayes Gymnasium. A strong start by the Trailblazers allowed them to lead by as much as seven points in the first half, outscoring BAC 14-13 in the 1st quarter and 17-16 in the 2nd quarter to take a two point lead into halftime. However, the 3rd quarter would be a different story as Belmont Abbey took the lead and pulled away, ending the quarter with a six point lead. The Crusaders continued to pull ahead in the 4th quarter, maintaining a double-digit lead throughout the majority of the quarter. North Greenville finished the game with a .440 field goal percentage and led in points off turnovers 21-15.
