North Greenville University softball standouts Emily Blackwell and Karley Green have been named to the 2025 All-Conference Carolinas teams, recognizing their exceptional performances this season.
Sophomore shortstop Emily Blackwell, hailing from Starr, South Carolina, secured a spot on the All-Conference Carolinas Second Team and was also honored on the All-Defensive Team. Blackwell led the Trailblazers with a stellar .434 batting average and totaled 85 hits and 38 RBIs over 56 games. Defensively, Blackwell finished her season with a .950 fielding percentage.
Junior Karley Green earned First Team honors as a utility player. Offensively, Green posted a .362Â batting average with 64Â hits and 47Â runs scored in 56 games played. On the mound, she recorded a 4.56 earned run average with 7 complete games and finished with a 9-8 record.
Their outstanding performances were pivotal in leading North Greenville to a successful season, finishing with a 35-21 overall record with a 14-10 record in conference play.
