Asheville, N.C. – North Greenville fell 7 – 0 to UNC Asheville on Saturday afternoon in a non-conference match.
Vitoria Maximillan and
Grace Leah Katzman lost 6 – 0 while
Martina Cairus and
Abigail Watson lost 6 – 2. The Bulldogs completed the sweep with a 6 – 1 win over
Kyla Steyn and
Naomi Sakakibara.
In singles, Maximiliano lost 6 – 0 / 6 – 1, Watson lost 6 – 1 / 6 – 2 and Katzman lost 6 – 3 / 6 – 0. Cairus fell 6 – 2 / 6 – 0 and Steyn dropped a 6 – 2 / 6 – 0 decision. Sakakibara lost 6 – 1 / 6 – 0.
