Snow Hill, N.C. – Men's golf finished 9
th this week at the Barton College Intercollegiate as it inches closer to the end of the 2023 fall season.
The Crusaders shot combined round 307, 296, and 305 on Monday and Tuesday for a total of 908. Tournament host Barton took home the tournament title while Newberry, Belmont Abbye, and Catawba rounded out the top five.
Freshman
Henry Hall led North Greenville for the first time in his career, posting a total of 225 with rounds of 78, 70, and 77. He finished 24
th overall. Benden Tigert finished 29
th overall with round totals of 75, 73, and 79, totaling 227.
Bryce Honeck totaled 229 strokes through three rounds with totals of 76, 75, and 78. He finished in a tie for 37
th.
Trey Cauthen finished tied for 44
th with a pair of 78 rounds and a y6 while
Blake Kelly shot 79 twice and closed the tournament by improving five strokes to shoot a 74.
