North Greenville returned to a winning record of 2-1 with a 3-1 victory over the Battlers of Alderson Broaddus University in Philippi, West Virginia. The match was the first of a weekend road trip in West Virginia and Virginia. The Crusaders led the night in kills 53-34, assists 52-29, and digs 38-23. Although NGU did end up committing more attack errors, a .248 attack percentage bested the Battlers' .137 percentage.
