The North Greenville Men's Golf team began the 2019-20 season with a 4th place finish in the King Invitational in Bristol, Tennessee. After concluding round one with a total of 296 strokes (+16), the Crusaders vastly improved in round two with a total of 284 strokes (+4) for a total of 580 strokes (+20).
Picking right up where he left off last season, junior Austin Duncan put together a strong performance, shooting 70 (E) in round one and 68 (-2) in round two for a total of 138 strokes (-2).
Sophomore Miller Harbin also had a solid tournament, finishing round one with 72 strokes (+2) and round two with 69 strokes (-1) for a total of 141 strokes (+1).
Freshman Zachary McDermid began his season with a total of 75 strokes (+5). He followed up with a score of 77 (+7) in round two for a total of 152 strokes (+12).
Junior Kobie Morton struggled in round one with a score of 85 (+15) but rebounded in round two with a total of 70 strokes (E) for a total of 155 strokes (+15).
Junior Alex Parker finished round one with a total of 79 strokes (+9). He then shot 81 (+11) in round two for a total of 160 strokes (+20).
