ADEYEYE SIGNS LETTER OF INTENT TO PLAY VOLLEYBALL FOR CRUSADERS

North Greenville volleyball announces the signing of Yomi Adeyeye from Allatoona High School in Kennesaw, Ga. to a Letter of Intent to play for the Crusaders in 2012.  

Adeyeye, is a 5’9” explosively athletic outside hitter possessing a big arm according to Coach Greg Mosely.  “I am very pleased to have Yomi join our class of 2012!  She will compete for playing time at the OH position and has great athleticism.  Having spent time with Yomi and her parents I believe she will be a great fit for our university academically, athletically and spiritually.”

Adeyeye,  a four year letter winner, three year All Area selection and 2010 Area Player of the Year for the Lady Buccaneers coach Amy Howard, she led her team to four straight state tournament berths including two elite eight appearances in 2010 and 2011.  

She also earned All-Academic team selections in 2009, 2010, 2011 along with a host of other awards and honors during her high school career.  Adeyeye is a member of the U18 National team for Volley One Volleyball Club in the Atlanta area.
