Columbia, S.C.—Megan Goodson headlined North Greenville's trip to Columbia, on Wednesday, earning another victory in the pole vault competition at the USC Open.
Goodson crossed over at 3-meters, earning her the first place finish. Also turning in solid finishes for the Crusaders were Tracy Oyugi and Emily Bryant. Bryant turned in a personal record in the weight throw, tossing it 11.56 meters while Oyugi earned NGU's only other top three finish in the shot put, throwing it 10.06-meters, putting her in third.
Another notable finish for NGU was Kolbey Bush who finished fifth in the men's pole vault with a height of 3.75-meters.
The Crusaders will travel to the Bob Pollack Meet hosted by Clemson University on January 29th and 30th.
