Tigerville, S.C. –North Greenville fell to 7-4 in Conference Carolinas play on Monday following a 6-3 loss to Pfeiffer.
The Falcons would take two of three from the Crusaders in doubles play claiming wins of 6-2 and 8-0. Maria Vargas and Graysen Elms earned NGU’s only win, taking an 8-6 decision.
Camille Duhan dropped a 6-1/6-0 decision in singles play while Christina Kiessling won her singles set 1-6/7-6(7-1)/10-5. The Falcons would earn the match win with victories of 6-4/6-1 over Maria Vargas and 6-0/6-1 over Kylie Sandusky.
Fernanda Santos de Lucca won her singles set 1-6/6-2/2-1 while Graysen Elms dropped a 7-6/6-3 decision.
The Crusaders will take on Pfeiffer for a second time this week as they play the Falcons in the first round of the Conference Carolinas tournament on Friday afternoon at 12pm.
