Tigerville, S.C. - NGU women's tennis won its second game in a row on Thursday with a 9-0 sweep of Brevard College.
The Crusaders swept through singles play as Camille Duhan Christina Kiessling opened the day with an 8-3 win. Maria Vargas and Kylie Sandusky earned an 8-0 win while Fernanda Santos de Lucca wrapped up tandem play with an 8-1 win.
The momentum carried into singles play as Camille Duhan picked up where she left off with a 6-2/6-0 win. Maria Vargas followed her up with a 6-3/6-4 win while Kiessling earned the deciding win with a 6-1/6-0 win. Kylie Sandusky won her match 6-0/6-1 while de Lucca and Hartley Smith wrapped up the day with wins of 6-0/6-1 and 6-2/6-3.
The Crusaders will return to conference play tomorrow as they face Lees-McRae at 2pm in Tigerville, South Carolina.
