Women's tennis shut out USC Lancaster

The Lady Crusaders came back from spring break ready to take on the Lancers Thursday afternoon.

The ladies traveled to Lancaster and held nothing back, winning all of their sets. Head Coach Mark Elliot made the decision to change some teams around and when paired up for doubles, Salem Erni (Switzerland) and Sarah Stanga (Midland, MI) proved to be a power duo with an 8-1 win. Elliot was very happy to ride the bus home with two winning teams Thursday evening. “Everybody played well. It was a great way to get ready for Saturday.” The ladies will be playing Saturday in Boiling Springs, NC against Gardener-Webb University and Longwood University. The first match will start at 9a.m.
