Women's Soccer Stays Busy In The Offseason
Tigerville, SC - The North Greenville women's soccer team has been busy this offseason with the addition of the largest freshman class in team history and a new coach. The Crusaders have also devoted time to getting in shape for the upcoming season while reaching out to the surrounding community.

IRON WEEK 2014

Whether it was on the field or in the locker rooms, the NGU women’s soccer team has been hard at work preparing for the upcoming season. The week began with some prep work painting goal posts and preparing our facilities.

Their determination shone through as they conquered 6am practices and fitness tests. These early mornings and tough workouts only bonded the girls closer together as a family as they continually sacrificed for one another following the new team motto “Iron Sharpens Iron.”

NGU GOES TO BEL-AIRE

After all the girls finally arrived on campus they took the opportunity to give back and serve in the community. Like most service opportunities, the girls gained just as much if not more of what they were able to offer to the teens of the Bel-Aire community.

The day began with testing of hand-eye coordination through basketball and ended with some heartfelt testimonies by some of the girls they were privileged to meet. As the time slipped away, they left looking forward to remaining involved in this ministry.
