Look to turn its season around, the 0-6 North Greenville women’s soccer team will travel to Bristol, Tennessee on September 26th to take on King College in a Conference Carolinas showdown.

The Crusaders have struggled on offense this season scoring just three goals in their first six games. Caroline Baker, a freshman from Kings Mountain, North Carolina leads the Crusaders in scoring with two goals.

The Crusaders will take on a King team that has also struggled offensively scoring just five goals on the season. The Tornado are 2-2-1 on the season and 1-1-1 in league play.

2011 was the inaugural year in Conference Carolinas for both North Greenville and King. The two were formally foes in the National Christian Collegiate Athletic Association (NCCAA).

The Tornado have owned the series with NGU winning last three games by a combined score of 5-1dating back to the 2009-2010 season. In 2011, King took the only meeting between the two clubs 2-0 (Also played in Bristol).
