The NGU men’s and women’s soccer teams are Florida bound this weekend.
The Crusaders will compete in the National Christian College Athletic Association (NCCAA) South Regional Tournament Friday and Saturday, Nov. 21-22 in West Palm Beach, Florida, and the second seeded women will open play against host Palm Beach Atlantic (#3) Friday at 10:30 a.m. at MagicJack Field. The fourth seeded men will also take on the host team, Palm Beach Atlantic, immediately following the women’s game at 12:30 p.m.

The North Greenville men (7-9) defeated Tennessee Temple Thursday, Nov. 13 in the NCCAA play-in game, and Coach Chad Gfeller’s team has won two straight heading into the regional.
The NGU women (11-4) are enjoying their best season in school history under first year head coach Jesse McCormick. The Crusaders have won their last three games and seven of their last eight.
Should either NGU squad capture the South Regional Championship, they would advance to the NCCAA National Championships Dec. 2-6 in Kissimmee, Florida.
