WOMEN'S SOCCER TEAM EXTENDS WIN STREAK TO THREE

The hottest athletic team on the NGU campus to date is the Crusader women’s soccer team which extended its win streak to three games with a crushing 9-0 win over USC-Salkehatchie in Allendale, SC Tuesday evening.

The Crusaders (7-3) will host Anderson College Thursday, Oct. 16 at 4:00 p.m. at Pepsi Stadium on the NGU campus.
NGU and head coach Jesse McCormick also captured victories over Warren Wilson (3-0) and Southern Wesleyan (1-0) in the last week.  Southern Wesleyan was ranked #4 in the national in the NCCAA national rankings, but NGU matched their record with the win on Sept. 27.  NGU is now tied for the highest ranking in the South Region and could earn a trip to the NCCAA regionals at the end of the regular season.
