Tigerville, S.C. - North Greenville women's golf wrapped up it March slate of tournaments on Tuesday with a 7th place finish at the Cherokee Valley Invitational.
Queens University of Charlotte brought home the tournament title while Mount Olive, Milligan, Erskine, and Coker rounded out the top five. Mars Hill took the sixth spot. Emmanuel College finished tied for 7th with NGU followed by Southern Wesleyan and Virginia wise.
Ashlynn Mullis turned in North Greenville's only top 20 performance as her 169 earned her the 19th spot. Mullis shot an 84 on day one and an 85 on day two. Meghan Heald finished the tournament in 22nd as she shot an 82 and an 89 giving her a two round total of 171.
Lauren Childs finished tied with Heald in the 22nd spot as she also totaled a 171. Childs shot a team best 80 on the first day and followed it up with an 80. Morgan Reece finished 34th with a 180 while Sarah Dutton shot a 205. Reece carded totals of 87 and 93 while Dutton shot a 99 and a 106.
Callie Taylor and Madison Monteith competed individually on Monday and Tuesday. Taylor finished in a tie for 34th with a 180 while Monteith shot a two day total of 218.
North Greenville will be back in action on April 4-5 at the Agnes McAmis Memorial in Greenville, Tennessee. The Memorial will be hosted by Tusculum College.
