CRUSADERS CARD OUT IN 12TH PLACE AT HILTON HEAD LAKES INVITE

Hilton Head, S.C.—The North Greenville women's golf team turned in a top 15 finish on Tuesday afternoon, coming in 12th at the Hilton Head Lakes Invitational hosted by Pfeiffer University.

AnnaLeis Dibert was NGU's top finisher, carding a 161 two-day total, putting her in 39th place. Dibert shot an 82 on day one but improved three strokes on day two shooting a team low 79. Morgan Reece was NGU's only other top 50 finisher, finishing with a combined total of 163. Reece shot a round one low of 79 but dropped five strokes on day two, finishing with an 84.

Lauren Childs was next in line for the Crusaders after an 86 in round one and an 85 in round two. Childs finished 62nd while Callie Taylor finished tied for 73rd. Taylor 91 and 84 in round one and two. Erin Campbell shot a round total of 200, but improved 10 strokes from day one shooting a 95.

The women's golf team will hit the links again on March 30th and 31st as it hosts the Cherokee Valley Women's Invitational at Cherokee Valley Country Club.
