The North Greenville Crusaders posted a 5th place finish out of 12 teams with an average time of 25:29 at the Conference Carolinas Championship in Mount Olive, North Carolina. Nine Crusaders placed in the event and ranged individually from 6th place to 59th place.
Hope Whisman earned All-Conference honors with a 6th place time of 23:57.8 to lead North Greenville. Her time was within just 45 seconds of second place. Grace Valentine posted a solid 17th place finish with a time of 25:08.4, placing her 2nd among Crusader participants for the 4th time this season. Jadyn Slaughter was the final North Greenville runner to finish in the top 25, posting a 24th place finish with a time of 25:49.4.
Cori Small placed 29th with a time of 26:11.1. Right behind her was Paige Trent, who placed 30th individually with a time of 26:22.1. Not far behind her was Mary Abbott, who recorded a time of 26:27.3 for 32nd place.
Rounding out the Crusaders were Shelley Martin who posted a 38th place time of 27:04.5, Madeline Merrell who finished 50th with a time of 27:41.2, and Katherine Cruz with a time of 28:22.8 for 59th place.
