The 2018-19 North Greenville women's basketball team will make its debut this Wednesday against the College of Charleston Cougars. The Crusaders come off of a 8-21 record from last season, but were able to shock the top-seeded Limestone Saints in the first round of the Conference Carolinas Tournament and nearly pulled off another upset against the Barton Bulldogs. This season's team will feature some familiar faces as well as several key newcomers. Angel McGowan will make her head coaching debut for NGU, and will hope to lead North Greenville to its first winning season since 2011-12.
