COLD SHOOTING NIGHT PLAGUES LADY CRUSADERS

Tigerville, S.C.—The North Greenville Crusaders was plagued by cold shooting Tuesday night as they dropped a road contest to King College 72-50.

The Crusaders shot just 31.6% from the field during the game. Karly Stache led the team with 16 points going 4 of 9 from three point range. The Only other player for NGU to score in double digits was Christina Carlis with 10 points.

Krisceda Cotton led the Crusaders with 10 rebounds. The loss to King puts NGU at 9-12 on the season with four regular season games left. The Crusaders and Tornadoes split the season series each winning a single game.

The Crusaders next game will be February 15th on the road at Southern Wesleyan University. The game against the Warriors is NGU’s last road contest with a tip set for 6pm.
