CRUSADERS NOTCH ANOTHER CONFERENCE WIN; IMPROVE TO 11-3 OVERALL
Courtney Friddle registered a career high 16 points Saturday, against Queens (NC)

Charlotte, N.C.—The North Greenville women’s basketball team extended its winning streak to five games on Saturday after fighting past Queens University of Charlotte 58-45 to improve to 11-3 on the season.

The Crusaders improved to 6-0 in leagu play and were led by freshman forward Courtney Friddle’s career high 16 points. Friddle also led the team on the boards collecting 9 rebounds.

Karly Stache also tallied another double-digit scoring performance with 11 points. The Crusaders are now one of just three teams, which remain undefeated in conference play, joining Limestone College and Mount Olive.

The Crusaders and Limestone will put their undefeated records on the line against each other on Monday the 16th in Gaffney, South Carolina. The tipoff between the Crusaders and Saints is scheduled for 5:30pm.
